Ocean Mats

    

"Ocean Mats® are made from recycled fishing nets (recycled from the fishing industry/ fish farming) and from other nylon & plastics which would typically end up in landfill. The yarn used to make Ocean Mats® is ECONYL® produced by Italian yarn specialist Aquafil. A small amount of ‘ghost’ fishing nets may also end-up in Ocean Mats®. Ghost fishing nets are those that have been recovered from the sea by divers. Ocean Mats® are made and designed in the UK The back of the mat is studded to minimise movement on floors and carpets. The backing also contains some recycled content (approx. 35%)."
